      Just starting out with lucidity, need some help!

      Hey everyone,

      I'm pretty sure I've had a lucid dream befor, while i was trying to, but im not exactly positive, because it was really long ago, and it might hve been a dream about having a lucid dream if you don't follow, dn't worry. Anyway, ive built up pretty good dream recall, and can remember about 3 dreams per night already, so i want to give this a shot, how do i induce a lucid dream?
      NEVER take Life seriously, no one gets out alive anyway.

Check out this thread http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=36723 It has a ton of information for people new to LDing, as well as a link to the tutorials that can instruct you on the different methods that have been developed so far to induce LDs.       I would recommend reading up on reality checks and dream signs. That will start you on your way.
