      Unhappy ARGH! Help please....

      Man this sucks...

My dream recall is great, remembering like at least 2 a night now!
So i've decided to start to try an induce some of the 'ol you kno...

      Lucidity.
      Dream sign? haven't found one...
reality checks? Can't remember to do them!

Tried to WILD a few times with no avail...

BUT, i'm not giving up, nope not me!

Anybody got some advice? perhaps wants to act as a 'master splinter'?

      Any help appreciated
Wow, I'm new to this but i knew abouts lucid dreams before...
But there's so much more to it than I thought!

I have to tell you that I have an extremely hectic day job and I can't possibly remember to do reality checks with any sense of consistency. I'm fine when I get home but during the eleven or so hours I'm at work I might be able to manage 3-4 checks. Not too good.

So I ordered one of these. It features a cycle timer that can be set in hours/minutes/seconds, which automatically restarts... plus it has a vibrate mode in case you work in an office and don't want your watch beeping every half hour. Gotta be discreet. I've been using it for the past three weeks and it helps me get through the day. In time you'll condition yourself to do your RCs without needing the watch.

before you try any supplements or anything that screws with your brain chemistry, I would suggest two things.

      1. journal before bed about your intention to be lucid this night. figure out why you want to be lucid, what is your motivation? What do you want to do when you figure out "hey this is a dream."? Try to focus your intention like this every night before you go to bed. but don't be hard on yourself if you still don't go lucid.

      2. take some naps! afternoon sleeping usually has a high REM profile and a greater chance of being lucid.

      good luck!
