      :)

      Hey! I am Zion.
Short Intro: I have been interested in dreams since young as i was amazed by how wierd it was lol. (hard to describe) i remember having a couple of 'natural' lucid dreams before. am excited now to explore lucid dreaming and currently reading about it .

Last night , i think i may had a lucid dream cause while dreaming my vision was black but i felt the senses as i tried to fly and stand up and so i felt the different senses in doing those two motions. just wierd!!

edited : Oh i also tried to wake up during that wierd dream , but i felt like my whole body was paralyzed and was really scared lol . Then i thought , just go back to sleep lol

Correct. A lucid dream is a dream where you know you're dreaming.

And that last thing you described NOBack, that could either be a false awakening, or Sleep Paralysis (completely normal, happens every time you fall asleep) It is scary, but it can't hurt you.
I think it was a False Awakening. I've never heard of SP after you wake up, ususallly, it's right before you fall asleep.

Waking up paralyzed is not uncommon, it's sleep paralysis there is a tutorial about it in the tutorial section.

With a normal amount of sleep you should have 5 dreams every night.

A couple dreams a night is normal. Everyone has many dreams every night, some people just can't recall them when they wake up. You already have good recall, but if you want to improve it (and have more lucid dreams) I would suggest makeing a dream journal. You can look at mine and others as an example (mine's in my signature)

The vibrations are normal too. It happens every time you go to sleep, I think. Your mind was just awake when your body fell asleep, so you did a WILD.

Lol much harder to do this than i thought . i have read tutorials about WILD and reality check. SO last night i tried WILD first as reality check needs sometime to become a habit. I failed , manage to have normal dreams but problem of not having knowing it. As during the transition , i always mix up dreams with my thoughts or imaginations :SS
