      Question Question on HI

      I have tried to WILD countless times now, and every time I do my body becomes so heavy i can't budge, unless i concentrate pretty hard, and work at it for a few seconds. Also my body gets completeley numb. I will wait like this for a while, but I never get HI, or feel a falling sensation. Most the time however I do this without WBTB because any experiece with WBTB i have had when WILDing is my body just falls asleep, and i cant control it. Am I in SP, or close to it when this happens, and how can i get to the next stage of SP.

      Welcome to the forums!

      Yeah, that would be SP your entering. When your body becomes completely paralyzed while falling asleep, that's Sleep Paralysis.

      I don't think everyone sees images when they have HI. They may just hear things.
