It's best to try every induction method you can, you never know what might work for you. My favorite to do on weekends is just a WBTB. |

08 LD's:28 Tasks of the Month Completed:5 Adopted Hollings
Current Lucid goals:
1: Have one WILD.
2: Fight Agent Smith.CHECK
3. Swing through a city like Spider-Man.CHECK
I usually train reality checks and let lucid dreams come naturally. Either that or WBTB or WILDS |

`Take some more tea,' the March Hare said to Alice, very earnestly.
`I've had nothing yet,' Alice replied in an offended tone, `so I can't take more.'
`You mean you can't take LESS,' said the Hatter: `it's very easy to take MORE than nothing.'
I'm gonna go with DILD since I'm like really bad at letting my body go to sleep while my head is awake. |

DILD and WBTB is good for beginners. |

^agreed. WILD is the hardest technique, and to do it as a newbie would be pointless. YOu could give more information too. You first need to make a dream journal and practice some RCs. Then start with MILD, DILD, and WBTB, probably in that order. |
