      Does it help to read your previous dreams?

      I´ve had 3 short LD experiences. But before I had the first one, I remember reading my dream journal, and remembering my previous dreams... Does this help you to have LD´s?

      Yes ,im sure it does. When reading or writing it down and remembering,you will learn your dreamsigs and will get more familair with your individual dreams and how you can notice your dreaming.

      It also helps oyu to find out if you have repeating dreams and you can mark them (i read this here somewhere,that you mark them in different categorys).

      So yes im sure it helps...it helped me alot and i started 5 days ago.
