Hey I'm new!

Hey everyone! I just joined this site. I've been looking for such a forum for a while now. I dream every night from the moment I go to sleep until I wake up. I have very vivid dreams, that usually aren't very pleasant, and often wake up feeling exhuasted. I also often wonder just what my dreams may have meant. I have very strange dreams! I'm looking forward to sharing those dreams and reading about others.

Welcome to the Forum Nightfright! Looking forward to reading about your fun, scary dreams. I'm one of the strange ones that loves a good scary adventure dream. Lucid Dreaming is also great tool for overcoming those nightmares. Have fun, and lots of luck to you.

It may seem like you are dreaming all night, but actually, you are only dreaming in shorts bursts called REM sleep. The majority of the night you are in a dreamless deep sleep. to DV. Vivid dreams and good recall are a great stepping stone to lucid dreaming, so you should get there fairly quickly. Make sure that you read the tutorials on reality checking and dream signs.
