Thread: Maybe?

Hi, today when I was sleeping I was dreaming of something that I don't remember just now and heey.. I do remember it now anyway, after I dreamt that dream I woke up for just a sec or so and fell down to sleep, and I saw myself with no background at all. I don't know but it either was me or my mind acted on when I got a thought in my head, "this is a dream".. Nothing happened really, I came aware of that I was dreaming and I remember saying "Open your eyes" in English though Norwegian is my native language, then he opened his eyes. After that I yelled close your eyes!! close your eyes!! I panicked and woke up..

Maybe this was my first step to controlling my dreams or may I say Lucid Dreaming?

weird..perhaps your dream had not materialized yet or it was some intence hypnogagic imagery?

anyway, thats one step closer to becoming a lucid dreamer, keep on truckin

Woah, that's unusual. So you actually yelled at yourself to close your eyes? That reminds of an LD I had where I screamed at myself in the mirror and scared myself. You definately had a lucid experience, so congratulations . And just so you know, being lucid means knowing you are dreaming, you don't always have control (believe it or not).
