      Lucid Dreaming And Meditation

Hey guys, as you can probably guess, i'm new. I have looked over lucid dreaming alot, and I have decided to give another crack at the cat. Back when I used to practice LDing, I did incidentally get one lucid so i'm not too new. My question is regarding pairing meditation with lucid dreaming and if it would help. I practice mantra meditation and it always makes me think of dreaming, any tips to pair the two together?

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

Mantra meditation and LD are perfect for each other! Usually we call it "autosuggestion," when really it is a simplified form of mantra meditation. Depending on the mantra you choice it be used to increase dream recall, to wake after each dream, to become lucid in the dream, to accomplish a specific goal in a lucid dream, etc. Pretty much any lucid dreaming problem or goal can be assisted using autosuggestion or mantra meditation.

Thats fantastic! Thank you for that. I did a brief bit of research on autosuggestion and yes, it sound very similar. Im curious to try and use it for attaining lucidity/ remembering dreams, however im not 100% sure where to start. I am eager to be fully immersed in the dream world once and for all . Thanks for your fast response, and sorry for my late one . Il post if I have any results.
