Hi, I've been reading the forum for a month maybe, and in that time I had a couple of DILDs and a few WILDs. My goal is to have LDs every single night. I enjoy my dreams and they are a very important part of my life, I don't think I could live without them. I hope to learn and to share experiences with you guys. And I hope you will excuse my poor english, since my first language is spanish.

Yes, of course I'll have to work hard to get there. Right now I can WILD with a success rate of 60% maybe. My main problem when WILDing is that I focus so much in my breath and counting. This prevents me from falling asleep. After half hour I desist and go back to sleep. And of course in 3 minutes I'm sleeping like a log. Obviously, I'm not relaxed enough or I'm eagerly waiting for hypnagogic imagery.
