I've done reality checks for two days now... How long will it take before they appear in my dreams?

It really depends on the person, and how frequently you do reality checks, and why. I personally find it better to be very serious about reality checks rather than to just do them 300 times a day without actually stopping to wonder if I'm dreaming or not and find reasons to prove that it either is or isn't a dream. If you can combine both, kudos to you because I doubt it will take much longer

Everytime i check my reality, i'm serious about if i'm awake or not... So hopefully it'll start to appear in my dreams really soon
