      My dreams\questions

Yeah, I'm very new and I don't know much about dreams, but it seems less and less of mine are video games since I've become a teenager.

I have had two dreams in the last month about finding my lost memory stick, and I didn't even notice at all it was a dream.

My dreams are always in my house or in a house, I never have exciting dreams, is there any way to make this possible?

Also, is there anyway to make it so you remember dreams or more of them are lucid?

      (This website needs an FAQ.)

Welcome to Dream Views! Hope you have a great stay!

Do you go out often? Or stay inside most of the time? I find that having Video Game dreams make it harder to become Lucid, because in a game, many un-real things happen and the brain accepts it and doesn't question it. Same thing happens in a dream when you dream about video games. Your brain notices something unreal and doesn't proceed to question it, thus causing you to not become Lucid.

And yes, the easiest way to remember dreams would be to make a Dream Journal. A Dream Journal is a journal that you record your dreams in. Most people suggest writing down key things that happen in the dream instead of trying to write out the entire dream.

And I thought we had a FAQ around here somewhere...

I also often have very boring dreams that just seem like everyday life.. what you need to do is find some kind of dream signal by keeping a journey of your dreams and finding things that repeat. ie. whenever i touch my teeth in a dream they become loose. most of the time i can interpret this signal and become lucid.. it doesnt always have to be something impossible that helps you realise you're dreaming, it could just be something that reoccurs in your dreams.

I do go out much, but its normally the same places and inside. And also now its getting dark cold and rainy, so I doubt I'll get out more.

Also after I wake up after a nightmare I can usually see hallucinations and its like when you can only see something with on eye, so it looks kinda transparent, they disappear if I turn lights on or if I touch them.

I've had Lucid dreams but I never do anything much in them, my friend also says drinking coke before bed helps.
      (I'm only 13.)

I'll keep a notepad and pen in my pillow also.

I really hate to be the one to tell you this...

But you have to be 15 to be on these forums. There some things that go on around here that aren't meant for the young ones.

I'm very sorry, but maybe you'll come back when you are 15? Don't let this stop you from reading about Lucid Dreaming though!
