ok so last night, i was just falling a sleep, and i took melatonin to help me sleep, ive heard that helps the lucid dreams start or somthing like that. but so i was just like barely falling asleep. and i kind of remember looking down at my hands, then i looked up and everything was dark and blurry then i slowly could kind of see, but then like somthing fell down in my room and made a realy loud noise.. dammit. ruined my first almost lucid dream.

just wondering if thats actually being lucid or if i was almost lucid, cause i know i was dreaming cause i could see it.
