Old Hag Syndrome & 4 questions about WILD

So, I've only had one successful LD attempt, and the second time I tried to WILD, it failed. I need help fixing the problem that stopped it, though..

I felt the vibrations again, then the second wave, but then I noticed a prescence in the room. Then, I noticed there was someone creepy sitting on my chest. I suspect this happened because I foolishly started reading about this phenominon right before I went to sleep so it was probably on the mind when I was trying to WILD. Anyway, I was told that even SP hallucinations can be changed, so I turned it into a hot chick to take away the frightening aspect.

Howeverrrr, I didnt want ANYTHING sitting on me, not even the hot chick. But, I couldnt for the life of me think up a creative way to get her off. Then, my leg started feeling like it was rising, hovering, floating upwards. I assume this is what people call, twin bodies? (I'm not sure). I just know that I started to float. Only problem was, the woman was still sitting on me so I couldnt fully float up and into the dream. To make matters worse, I figured I was already in the LD so when looking down at my hovering foot, I opened up my eyes in real life and all the false imagery vanished...

I'm just worried that now that this problem is on my mind, it may occur again. And if it occurs again, I have a couple of questions....

      A) What can I do to get the prescence to vanish and let me up? Without using forced will.

      B) Is it normal for me to start floating?

      C) if I start floating with someoen sitting on me, ... what then? I could only half float cause my upper torso was held down.

      D) I am having trouble differentiating that thin boundary from real life and dreaming, because when my leg floated, that was obviously me dreaming, but my upper torso was still paralysed, and that was obviously real because my body irl was in SP. The chick, obviously, was not real but I'm not sure what to do about this situation D=

      ...Any ideas/info? I'd appreciate it~

      A) Well there is no prescence. Because you are entering SP it is normal that you feel heaviness and I think because of that your mind creates a matter, something to indicate that heaviness.

      B) Yes, indeed. Consider yourself lucky because after you are floating you can get out of your body. But floating doesn't mean that you are already out, you must pull yourself up in order to get out fully. By the way yeah it is twin bodies.

      C) As I've said, then you need to try getting out. Try it as hard as you can while thinking getting out at the same time. That half float is quite common.

      D) That situation is the begining of a WILD. There are many people who craves for that condition When you get out you can do whatever you want and it'll be like real life to you. Thats the power of WILD.

      ^ Ah, thanks a lot~!
      Only problem is though---
How do I pull myself out fully with some chick still sitting on me?
Even if it is a hallucination, I still need to use passive will to try and get rid of her first, don't I? : O

The first time I had a wild I didnt really float out, I just thought I shook out of sleep paralysis and sat up ;__; I have no clue how to deal with this new situation, lmao.

Ignore her, or whatever it is , just try to get out like you do in real life. Before you try to WILD plan what you are going to do maybe that'll help if you don't ever think about any setbacks preventing you from getting out.

      Oh, thaankks~! <3photography

When I first read about twin bodies, I thought it was more like you can see both bodies simultaneously when it happens. At least I know now XD I think my problem is, when I come to a hitch I get confused/frustrated instead of just letting it completely happen : O Thanks for the advice and I hope it works again, too haha

These are very common problems to have, so don't worry too much about it.

I often find myself in a situation like this, where I am stuck, or can't get out of bed / out of my body. Keep one major thing in mind. You are imagining, hallucinating, dreaming all of this phenomena. By the time you get this far into the WILD, you are pretty much ready to start dreaming.

Try imagining an entirely different scene. Imagine yourself in a new body, doing a task that is very familiar to you. Hopefully it is easy to remember and visualize. Include tactile sensations, the feeling of movement, ect. For example, you could imagine walking through your house touching things, or in the kitchen cooking your favorite meal. If you do it right, this new visualization will engage you fully, and you can enter it like a dream.

If you are still intent on getting out of your trapped body OBE style, try rolling. Roll your dream body side to side, rocking until you separate from your body lying in bed. Or ask the presence in the room to help you up. Reach out your hand, and say, "Please help me out of bed." I have great success with this, because it also changes your expectations, turning the menacing presence into a friendly guide.

Im so jealous of you guys.
I'd given up on WILDing for a while after a lot of failures.
I've been concentrating on DILDs recently.
But I think Im ready to get back into the water.

I thought I was on dry spell (WILD/OBE) when I sent pm to you last night before I went to bed. But I think whole stuff I told you about must have triggered my intentions. I WILDed twice last night and an additional 2 DILDs Thanks for asking questions
