Do you think it was an LD?

Hello everyone! I'm new here and this is my first topic...

Well, yesterday I tried WILD and I don't remember so much than that I felt very strange. I decided to sleep normaly instead (don't remember why).
When i woke up, I could remember so many dreams!
My dreams were splitted into 2 parts. The early part was just regulary drems. I remember i could see and speak to some of my teachers and I even visited one of my teachers house and spoke to her childrens.

(I often dream about scool and when I look back at my dreaming diary, around 20% of my dreams are about school, teachers.)

The first part finished and later, the other dream part came.
This was totally different. I found myself in Liverpool with my school class.
We were at the tube, underground (Liverpool doesn't have a tube, right?)
and suddenly I thought "I really want to go to Penny Lane" ( I'm a beatles fan so... ) But my friends didn't want to go there.
So i took the train and suddenly I stood at Penny Lane.
At the next scene I stood beside a large house and a small water pool.
I suddenly wanted to swim in the pool and i remember I did ( even do it was soo small).

Then a part where I flew over a crime scene (our house at the country side). A police car and some coops stood there and looked at a dead body.

Then there was some more things I dreamed about.

But what I wanted to ask you guys is if you think I had a LD? When I were in Liverpool, I actually decided what to do by myself and I even thought about it. I didn't felt Lucid but I did my own choices and thought for myself.
Everything except for Liverpool and the Police was just normal dreams.

I'm not shore if I had an LD but I think so because I made my own choices which affected the dream and then after that I flew!

      All answers apperciated //Alex

Well, if you knew that you were dreaming, then it was a lucid dream. Do you remember having the knowledge and understanding that it was a dream, at any point? If not, then it was not a lucid dream. I've had a few non-lucids were I was actively thinking and deciding to do things, but not realizing that it was a dream. They're cool, but they pale in comparison to lucids Keep in mind though, I started getting a LOT of dreams like that when I first started to lucid dream So lucidity is getting ever closer

Shift pretty much answered your question. Just keep going and you'll find yourself lucid in no time!

I've also had quite a few dreams (especially in the last few months) where I'm not lucid but I seem to know what's going on and have steered the dream in the direction I want it to go. I consider those to be sort of pre-lucid in the sense that it's just a step down from being lucid where you have some sort of idea that you can manipulate the dreamscape, but you still don't know you're dreaming specifically. Good luck!

      And welcome to DV!

The last days, I have been able to really experience and remember my dreams in a better way (still not lucid though). I'm shore that I'm close and the Lucid Dream is probably only a few steps away.

Any suggestions to what I should to to transform those dreams to Lucid ones ?
      Reality checks ?

I almost dream about trains, busses and cars and it's a quite "normal" theme.
I take the buss to school so I will start to do reality checks in the buss

That sounds like a good idea. When you do reality checks, just keep in mind that they're more than just trying to push your finger through your hand or plugging your nose and trying to breathe. Ask yourself logical questions such as "Where am I?" and "Where am I going?" and "How did I get here?" If the answers make sense, then affirm to yourself that you're not dreaming at this time. Stay sharp, though, and be ready for a time when your answer is something like "I was buying a horse at Wal*Mart and I'm on my way to the newspaper stand."

RCing is about training yourself to pick up on things that would alert you to the fact that you're dreaming. Once you develop the habit of questioning the reality around you, lucidity should come more naturally.

Keep it up! Read through some of the tutorials for more ideas and read through some peoples' dream journals. Other than that, just enjoy your dreams and look forward to lucidity!
