Hi there. I think you are getting to excited? What happens in the dream before you wake up. When you realize that you are Lucid, try to remain calm. Look at your surroundings and rub your hands together. This way you will stabilize yourself within the dream. |

Another reason could be that your LDs are occurring near the end of your REM cycles. People naturally become aware more often at the end of a REM cycle, but they also wake up temporarily as the cycle repeats itself. Try to go to bed earlier for a while and tell yourself that you will NOT wake up. Give a week with sleeping more with positive reinforcement. It should improve. |

Your brain isn't used to being lucid and it gets confused. It turns on teh logical centre of the brain to try and figure out what is going on, which akes you up. As soon as your mind is used to the surrealistic realm of lucid dreaming that will stop. |
