Thread: hi i am new to lucid dreaming

does anyone have any recommendations? also i was wondering if once you do a RC in your dream and realize you're lucid if it feels like you are high? (as in weed)

Hey welcome. Start a dream journal to get your recall up and keep a steady sleep schedule. If you have been high, you could smoke weed in a dream and it would be the same, but when you are lucid, you feel like how you are in real life.

alright thank you very much, i started a dream journal last night and i very motivated to continue it. i got interested in the idea last night and today at school really weird things happened. for example i was trying to figure out if blind people visualize things when they sleep and today at school a girl in my class asked me that out of nowhere. any explanations or just coincidence?

I'm pretty sure blind people who had sight as a child see in dreams.
Coincidence? ha. I have no idea. Things like that just happen.
