      Help please?

Hi im new and I heard about lucid dreaming awhile ago and never really knew what it was until a few days ago so i would like to ask a question?
Where can I start my dream journal? Because the easier you can recall your dreams makes it easier to go lucid

Well, I advise to start one as soon as you get your dream journal. Even if on the first night you can't recall it, write it down. Write how the next night you will try harder and some techniques you found here, etc.

I have just been neglecting my DJ for a few days cause I was busy.

Where can you start one? Anywhere. A physical notebook, a slip of paper, just saying them in your head when you wake up, using a tape recorder, writing them on DV, a document file on your computer, any way you can remember your dreams is basically a dream journal. You could even probably do abstract paintings but I don't recommend that. I like having a physical one so that I can sketch out bits from dreams. Typing them is fast, though.
