      theres a few terms going around that i dont know what you guys are talking about and i would like some clarification pleas. iv looked at other topics and i just cant find the definition.

      what is the old hag?
      sleep poralasis?
      FA?
      just a question how dose WILD help you become lucid?
      and if theres anymore you would like to throw in i would be more then greatful.
