      Physical Effort

So when I do go lucid for the first time, will it require physical effort to actually move my dream self or is it all thought? I sometimes feel as if I'm about to go lucid or something but don't want to try and move anything so as not to wake myself further. SOO I'm basicly asking will moving my dream arms and legs actually feel the same as if I were awake?

It will feel more or less real, depending on how lucid you are. Moving your dream body won't actually move your real body or wake you up though.

It really depends on how you expect it to feel. Just try to keep in mind that a dream body doesn't really exist, so if you ever get stuck or feel heavy or anything, just move a new 'ghost' body out of it or float out of it altogether or something like that- there isn't a body to experience the difficulty of movement, so why should you? Just carry on and do what you wanna do The dream body doesn't exist except in your head, and neither do any barriers to movement that your mind happens to come up with!
