      Unhappy Grrr...WHY!

I cannot lucid dream anymore. The last time I had a lucid dream was over two months ago and it was during the first time I had expereinced Lucid Dreaming. (I have only had two lucid dreams). Am I in a dry spell? I have been doing everything that I did before to induce it. Reality checks seemed to be very effective for me. I have also tried to WILD, but I can't. The last time I tried, I just layed awake for 3 hours without moving. It is very frustrating not being able to dream that way anymore. Am I doing something wrong? Because everything I have done to DILD worked the last and only two times. I really do miss it. Help??!

      Gracias

Did you try recording your dreams? What RCs are you performing and how often per day? You gotta make it so it sort of becomes natural and you need to ask yourself if you're dreaming or awake (and really be aware/focused) as you do this.

As for WILD, if you aren't doing WBTB it could be incredibly hard. I'm curious how you are going about it. If you're just sitting there for hours you're definitely doing something wrong. You might be overthinking, focusing too hard on HI, etc. depending on where you fail. How far into the WILD experience is it happening?
This entire reality is SELF REFLECTION. You reflect your essence and project it onto the universe.

You are definately in a dry spell and there is a good tutorial on how to get out of one somewhere on the forum.
Sometimes not thinking about lucids when you are in a dry spell gives you a lucid.
Maybe you need to take a break from trying :/
I have never ever been able to WILD.

Yes, I have kept a dream journal ever since I started ludic dreaming. The reality check I use is checking the time. I already do this all the time because I am concious of time in everything that I do. My last two lucid dreams I always checked my cellphone for the time.

All my WILD attempts have been right before I go to bed. The farthest I have ever gone was when I staered getting massive pain in my arms and legs, and I started to slip in and out of conciousness. As for waking up in the middle of the night....I usually forget to WILD because I just fall asleep right away.
