      First off... Calm down.

What time do you fall asleep that you are waking up at 12?

      Maybe try waking up later?
      Bollocks.

Hey, one time my neighbor was talking to his girlfriend at 2 am and driving me off the wall. Bonus? I was so irritated that I couldn't stop thinking about it, and the next thing I knew I was WILDing.

I use shooting range headphones or foam earplugs to block out unwanted noise. Apart from getting used to the awareness of something in your ears or on your head, they do not affect dream quality.

heh I tend to get irratated when I sleep. Basically I slept at 10 pm hoping to sleep for 5 hours then waking up but woke 3 hours earlier because of my brothers chatting and chatting. Hey is it ok to wake up 3 hours earlier when trying to wbtb? What do u suggest I do now

If you wake earlier than intended, it may be a good thing. If you don't have work or school, stay awake for a couple hours doing something low-key. Then go back to bed when you start to feel tired. This is an especially effective time to induce lucid dreams (especially if you set your intention).

Tell me about it. My 2 month old niece is a noise machine 24/7. I just moved out of my room to the room on the furthest side of the house and the complete opposite floor - the computer room. Problem solved.

However, if you are in an apartment get REALLY good ear plugs, or set up your bed on the sidewalk outside.
