Hi i am new here but i have a problem. I really enjoy horror films. But not what they do to my dreams. Whenever I watch a horror film i always have a nightmare about the scariest charecter. I have not yet had a lucid dream that i can recall so i can't combat it with that. Please can anyone help. But i don't want to stop watching horror films. HELP!! |

First off welcome to DreamViews,
Here is what you could try to solve your problem,
Don't watch them as much
Don't watch them right before bed.
Keep trying to LD, and when you do LD, Look at some tutorials on how to control your nightmares.*´¨)[
