      Another Sleep Paralysis Post

Hi this is my first post here so I thought it would be better to start my own thread than hi-jack someone elses. I have been attempting to do do sleep paralysis for a week or two now with some limited success. Yesterday afternoon I lied down and kept as still as possible. I got the tingling sensation come over my body a couple of times (Very difficlut not to move or tense up when this happens). After a while it felt as if my whole body was asleep as I could not move my arms or legs. I waited to see if I had any hallucinations or could hear any noises but after a couple of minutes got nothing. I am guessing you should be closer to sleep at this point.....I felt that I was fully awake and aware. I am not sure if this was sleep paralysis or if I was just in a deep trance. After a couple of seconds of focusing on moving my arm I could lift it a couple of centimetres. Sometimes I get involuntary swallowing and twithes etc. will this affect getting into sleep paralysis. The first couple of times I tried I think the WOW factor stopped me. Any tips, ideas for inducing sleep paralysis???

      That would stop it.

I enter sleep paralysis on my own at 6:30, that way I am still in REM and it is light out !

I have yet to enter it with napping.
if you can read this then you are about to be punched
