      The New Guy!

Hey everyone. I recently came across the site when I was looking online for information about lucid dreaming. I had a lucid experience randomly a few weeks ago and haven't been able to get it out of my head. I have two chronic pain conditions and the feeling of being free and pain free while dreaming was addictive. I have been working on dream recall the past week and am able to remember at least one dream a night, sometimes two now.

      and good job!

Do you keep a dream journal? That is a basic neccesity... Also, reading in the lucid experiences section might help you out.

Otherwise, you can always look at the tutorials.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me, or any of the Dream Guide Staff.

Good luck, and as always, happy lucids.
      Bollocks.

I have been keeping one. I have a hard time writing at night so I bought a voice recorder for tonight. Cross your fingers.

Hello, and welcome to Dreamviews! Congratulations on your lucids, and I hope you get many more in the near future. As Delphinus said, a good tip would be to keep a dream journal. This can boost your recall and help you recognize your dreams more often when you are experiencing them.

Good luck to you, and happy lucids!
