I'd say WILD is pretty much your only option, but I'll differ to more experienced would know more about it. |

If i come home from a day at school and want to take a nap, what would be the best way/method to become lucid during that sleep? |

Some people can WILD into naps... But I've heard it is extremely difficult. |

Bollocks.
WILDing is hard during naps. DILD seems like the better way to go but it is not very reliable. It is more based upon luck. |
|
I would try MILD or WILD, those are usually better for naps. |
|
Hm, I am going to differ with everyone on this. When I take naps I usually end up WILDing without too much effort. I find it much easier to do then when going to bed. Thats the reason I love naps so much, I feel more aware of my dreams and have better control in them. |

I can barely WILD, but the times I have have been naps. Depending on your affinity for the technique, it may be useful during naps. If you are reality checking and etc. throughout the day anyway, there's a chance that you'll get a DILD. Maybe do some autosuggestion/read your dream journal before the nap? |
