      Naps

If i come home from a day at school and want to take a nap, what would be the best way/method to become lucid during that sleep?

I'd say WILD is pretty much your only option, but I'll differ to more experienced would know more about it.

Some people can WILD into naps... But I've heard it is extremely difficult.

If youre going to nap for a while, MILDs and DILDs might work.

Normally my naps are very short, so I don't normally dream during them.

WILDing is hard during naps. DILD seems like the better way to go but it is not very reliable. It is more based upon luck.

I would try MILD or WILD, those are usually better for naps.

Hm, I am going to differ with everyone on this. When I take naps I usually end up WILDing without too much effort. I find it much easier to do then when going to bed. Thats the reason I love naps so much, I feel more aware of my dreams and have better control in them.

I can barely WILD, but the times I have have been naps. Depending on your affinity for the technique, it may be useful during naps. If you are reality checking and etc. throughout the day anyway, there's a chance that you'll get a DILD. Maybe do some autosuggestion/read your dream journal before the nap?
