Better get ready to bow down to your master! Im just kidding but..

1)thats a lie, or merely you dream but do you remember your dreams?
Ha you see? You probably don't remember your dreams at night. Go to bed at the same time for a week or a couple of days. Make sure if you can take naps inbetween the days. You will need about 8 or more hours of rest per day. Now by now you should be remembering a few of your dreams or bits of them. If not don't worry. Tell yourself to remember your dreams. Before you go to bed set your alarm clock to about 5-6 hours after you think your going to fall asleep. So if you go to bed at 10 set your clock to 4 ot 5 in the morning. Now when your alarm rings you should wake up...from a dream!

I also heard that if you go to bed for the same time for about a week or maybe less then wake up 30 mins before you usually do you can also wake up from a dream.

Another good technique is if you have a certain type of alarm that goes off several times at night that can turn off bythem selves too, that will raise your awareness.

      Try these out!
"The world is your playground. There are bumps along the way but this playground comes with a fully equipped toolbox with equipment out there to solve ANY disease, problem or issue out there. ONE problem. Some tools are harder to find than others. Lucid dreaming is just one of them."

Don't worry, most people fail the first many many times. Just stay with it, check out all of the tutorials, and I promise that it will be worth it.
