      Progress

I started my adventure towards Lucid dreaming just last weekend. I haven't had one yet and im not expecting too so soon into the game. Two nights ago I had a wopping total of 4 dreams that I could remember.

The first two were a bit hazy and I cant remember much. The third was vivid and I can remember everything, but I was woken up soon after it started. The 4th started out almost exactly the same way as the third one except for one little thing, Bilbo Baggins didn't die the second time around. So I went on an adventure through a tropical island with gandolf yadda yadda yadda. I noticed on a few occasions that things seemed very odd but none seemed to raise the question, "am I dreaming?".

Last night I don't remember a thing, nothing, zip, notta and tonight I took some NyQuil because I've been feeling a bit under the weather. Im guessing it might effect my ability to recall dreams but am not totally sure. So My questions are...

Will the NyQuil effect my dream recall/lucidity and how do you think my progress is going so far? Im really the only person I know where I work and live that has even heard of Lucid dreaming so this place is really the only thing I have for this topic. any input would be much appreciated.

      Hey Widdles
Ah, it can be tough not having people to talk to about it in RL. Dreamviews should be able to help you along and hopefully you will make some good friends here

Sounds like you're off to a decent start. Just keep working on that recall and keeping a neat dreamjournal, so that you can figure out your dream signs
