      to DreamViews!

As a beginner, I would suggest DILDs as the first lucid to attempt!

Otherwise, you should read through the Quick Start tutorial!

If you have any questions, you can private message me or any of the dream guide staff!

      Good luck, and happy lucids.

with these dilds do you have to do anything before or just try to awake in the dream?

Well, RCs during the day, and a dedicated dream journal would help...

My first LD was a DILD. It just sort of happens. If that happens make sure to stabilize by focusing on something, rubbing your hands, or even spinning. I found that focusing helps the most.

Don't lack on your RC's! I used to have a bunch of LD's but forgot to stabilize them. Make sure if you do an RC try to stabilize at the same time.

If you wake up you can try to DEILD. Takes practice, I wouldn't recommend it until you are familiar with SP, as you may experience it doing this.
