Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, or EWOLD, is a book written by Dr. Stephen LaBerge. It includes a number of ways to learn to lucid dream, as well as some uses of lucid dreaming. You'll often hear people call it the 'bible of lucid dreaming'. Dr. LaBerge is pretty famous among oneironauts for being one of the first scientists to study lucid dreaming in a scientific manner. He has a number of published works on the topic, and currently teaches lucid dreaming workshops in Hawaii. He also invented the NovaDreamer, a device to aid someone in becoming lucid.

Yeah man. This book is very useful if you're willing to explore lucid dreaming. It's a must-read.
