Hi
I'm not sure what sort of reality checks to do because in my dreams I'm a sort of disembodied "presence" so there would be no point in trying to look at my hands. Also, I never see clock/watches or text of any kind in my dreams.

In real life, nothing happens that could be considered out of the ordinary (quite boring really).

Any help or pointers please?
