I Don't know if I had a lucid dream...or just a dream.

OK, so I've just found out about lucid dreaming and have been taking steps to achieve a lucid dream so far for 4 DAYS. Yesterday night, I had a dream that I was sitting in a classroom and someone walked into the classroom and handed me a pink form. The pink form (cant remember exactly) was for "trouble-makers". Halfway down the form there was a box checked "porn" (dont press the backspace button !!!). Now underneath the box there was some text but i cant remember what it said. later on in the dream I was in a front office/principals office arguing to a lady about the form and why i was in trouble for looking at porn in school even though i hadn't. I tried to show her the text underneath the checked box but IT WAS GONE. I looked everywhere for the text but It seemed to disappear. So, does it seem like I had a lucid dream but can't remember the part where i realized i was lucid dreaming because im not that "advanced"??? sorry for the long post and use of the word porn.

Only you can decide if you were lucid or not. It sounds like you weren't. It's actually a pretty easy question. Just ask yourself this: was I aware that I was dreaming at any point in the dream? If you answered yes, you were lucid. Even if as soon as you became lucid you lost it, you were still lucid for that one second. Oh and we're all pretty mature here, I'm sure nobody will care if you say porn.

As long as you knew that it was a dream while you were dreaming, then you had a lucid dream
