Thread: Music . does it help?

does it help to listen to music when you try to WILD? i listen to metal and to classical music, and would it make any difference if i change the genre of the music im listening to ?

Lol I listen the same kind of music. I have tried classic since a few days ago.
WILD is when you sleep, woke up, and sleep again? If it is that, I'm using it to that.

anyway i don't think that would help at all. it would draw too much of your attention to it and keep you too grounded in reality. you would start slipping into a dream and then start paying attention to the trombones/viking screams and you would snap out of it.

if you really want to try listening to music while you are WILDing try listening to some steve roach or brian eno. music for airports is a good album to sleep to. if there is any album that you could WILD to it would be that one.
