Hi peeps! Questions as i am well somewhat confused and now questioning what that was! anyway, last night i went to bed at 8, and woke up at around 3:30, got up for a bit, and went back to sleep around 5:45, now i started to dream (my dreams i have been consious of them, however my mind control has been weak, and i havent been writing down my dreams) anyway, i started to dream, and kept coming to, i think my housemate was going to work, but i kept slipping back to the same point in the dream (the same feeling, and then it went weird, the dream went, but i got that feeling you get when you catch yourself falling asleep, you know that warm fuzzy feeling) but my eyes were open and the feeling stayed and i was looking at my bed covers, and then i closed my eyes tipped my head back, it was instantly like i was in a dream, but the more i concentrated on being lucid by this point, my vision went from dark to white, and i felt my feelings (of hands legs etc) slowly dissapear (but changed to the feeling of a dream). It felt like i was falling inside my own subconsious?! Why was it just white? it was like i was in my own brain! Is this possible, coz i do have this weird warm feeling running through my body. when this happened it felt cool, but freaked the ever loving fuck out of me, pardon my french! Anyway some comments please T

Sleep paralysis? I've never experienced this, but that's what I'd say.

I would assume that you were on the brink of dreaming, kind of like oscillating in between consciousness and unconsciousness.
