      i need help!!!

      are there any RC i can make a habit of that Wont ruin my social life???
      (example: making a fool out of myself or staright out weird)


      ps i have had 2 lucids last night and i got really intresting beacuse i was like in another life completely diffrent its kinda crazy.

      pss i need help with this too. in one dream iwas in a house and a bunch of my school friends(girls) were there, and 1 i liked. i remebered beign semi lucid n i decided to turn the tv in my dream it turned on so i was like fuk it but it blacked out(the tv) but i that point i lost my LD control. wats wrong with me??????????????????????
      just tryin to go on my trip/to visualize shit
      control my dreams/ and at the end it seems
      as i dont wanna leave/wanna keep goin
      non stop doin shit off ma block/things ive never done or tought i could do/ like a gangsta with a dream/i know wat i mean.

      You could plug your nose by just pressing the side of your finger against the opening.
      Or look at your watch, then check again.

      It's fine, you just have little control. It happens frequently to non-experienced dreamers, you'll get better as you go along.

      You could look at your hands to see if anythings weird about them.

      You could write something on your hand like "Bring science book" or a phone number or something so you look normal. Then look at it, look away, and look again. If its different, you are dreaming

      yea cuz i feel wat im doing like talking and im aware of my actions.that phone number might work thanks.

      also i frenquently dream of things i do in real life like smoking but every time it happens i let it go. ima start a RC thanks
