      Generally speaking, once you've had a lucid dream the difference will be VERY clear to you. That's about the best advice I can give without going over all the other recent threads on this topic.

      ive had many lucid dreams. just the last one that i thought i was having. im not too sure on, is it posible to be having a lucid, then go back to just dreaming?

      You mean to lose lucidity? Absolutely, unfortunately Hence why it's good practice to keep stabilizing the dream, telling yourself occasionally that you're dreaming, reality checking, etc.

      its so hard to tell...specially if ur dreaming that ur lucid hha. its doin my head in
