      Question lucid sleep paralyse

      i was in bed (in the dream ) i knew i was dreaming i said i will fly i floated and its over ...

      what types of dreams is that?
      and can u take control in a lucid SP

      Well for one, there's only Sleep Paralysis. No Lucid SP. Higurashi is 100% right in the fact that you can't move during SP.

      Second, we'll need more information about the dream. Otherwise it'll be hard to tell you what kind of dream you had. From face value, it looks like a DILD, but we don't know what you did to get this Lucid.
