      Question Wild REM

Ok so ive had some great success with Wilds, having become semi lucid on my first attempt and full sleep paralysis on my second. But i have trouble relaxing my eye lids which inevitably makes my trance take much longer to achieve and somewhat less stable than when they do relax. Im not sure why they sometimes flicker so much, although it may have to do with going to bed early, when i was more tired my trance was swift and powerful. when i wasnt as tired it felt more forced.
Does anyone know how to relax their eyelids during Wilds?
Is it because my body isnt tired enough to fall asleep?
Any help would be great, thanks everyone.

Though I usually just try to keep them closed without forcing myself too much, I would suggest buying a sleep mask. It puts you in darkness(less distractions) and controls your eyelids a bit, gently keeping them shut.

This isn't true REM, just your eyes moving about.
