yea I typically try to I was just listing all the things that have happened in my attempts, typically only one of these things screws me up a night. its 3:22 right now and I'm about to go play some video games. I've noticed how if you prepare to wake up at an earlier time you can have your body wake up a little bit before that. Have done it the past couple nights having my alarm set at 3:22 but have woke up around 3 everytime. I'm guessing I wake up because after a rem cycle my body already has this idea of waking up (precognitive memory or w/e) so it does. And apparently I my REM cycle starts after 4 hours, I'm pretty sure I had at least 2 dreams between then and me waking up at 5 hours later so maybe I can set my alarm for an hour earlier in hopes to have me wake up then. Brb video games, and yea I'm just gonna start my own dream journal of sorts versus reflecting randomly here so tune in if you want |

The body twitches are very common for me. I'm always almost there, my body's all numb, and im feeling close when my leg decides to throw itself sideways. Now I cant even tell if I screwed it up or not! |
