      Lightbulb comfortable positions

      Whats the most comfortable positions you guys use for WILDs? i always end up tossing and turning when i actually try to relax. Any ideas and tips? something fast and easy would be great.

      It's just an opinion, but, crouched up a little. Almost a fetus shape, to my side, facing the walls.

      well i usually lay on my side while falling asleep, but when i wild and do that i always find parts of my body (aspecially feet) that dont feal comfortable. this really destracts me

      Definately on my back. Its the position where my body can sleep but my mind isnt used to which helps keep it awake.
