      Question upon becoming lucid

      In my last two lucid dreams I didn't actully see something weird or thought something odd and then:"Oh! I must be dreaming!!! (nosepinch - OMFG I can breathe so I am dreaming ). It was more like: I'm not lucid and then...I am. Anyone ever expirience this? And do you think it's good or bad

      I'd say it is bad, as you're not really getting used to the dream feel... you just became lucid.

      I've done it a few times, and even, forgotten the dream before hand. *Dream starts* Lucid.

      Just question reality more, it should pass.

      Yea, these random bouts of lucidity happen to me every once in a while.

      Mostly when I'm for whatever reason more excited about becoming lucid than usual.

      I guess it's good that you became lucid, but this was just random...you didn't really benefit from this experience.

      I guess it could be due to the fact that recently I'm training my prospective memory so I'm focusing more on rememberingto do stuff rather than RCing and being aware...Both take a lot of effort but I'll kepp at it .
