My friend, you weren't lucid at all. You believed the dream to be real.
Lucidity is when you know that you're dreaming while your dreaming.

Secondly, you dream much more than just two to three times a night. It seems that you just remember those occasions. Still, that's a very good job, to have such great dream recall!

Do MILD and WBTB, you can find the tutorials on the site.

      Hope I helped.

Do them during the day. If you make a habit out of questioning reality throughout the day, this habit will most likely transfer to your dreams. Then you'll be questioning reality in your dreams and hopefully find that you're dreaming.

      Good luck

P.S: Don't strive for lucidity! Strive for something you want to undertake in your dreams, because knowing that your dreaming alone is such an empty concept
