      Auditory hallucination starts SP

      The other day i was home alone and wanted to take a nap and do WILD. After a while i hear my mom yell my name, but knew it was an AD since i recently read a post on the same thing.

      Right after i heard that, since i stayed calm, i instantly felt my body start to get numb for SP.


      Who else had similar experiances?

      That's pretty much exactly how all of my SP experiences have started (not usually my mom saying something, but sometimes).
