I believe you just relax and "paint" the dreamscape around you. Basically in your mind just imagine the dream and then sort of...step into it. Hope this works |

Questioon about SP? need Answer fast plz!
when you go into SP, how do you use that to get into a lucid dream? plz answer fast because i have been sleep depvriving myself for a day now and i want to go to bed.

During sleep paralysis, the dream will visibly begin to form.
Either you can try and passively enter it (do nothing but wait for it to fully complete itself) or try to actively enter (either create the scene yourself or attempt to "step" into the dream).
