The good fight. The sorrowful truth. A better hope?

the older people will remember me from about a year ago.

For the past year, I have been trying (pretty persistently) to havea lucid dream by WILD, dream signs, etc, etc, etc, etc

Over the last ~200 WILD attempts, i have simply fallen asleep.
Over the remaining nights, where i tried dream sighn and other methods, I simply do not see them in the dreams i have.

      What to do? -sigh-

I must press onward anyhow. Thanks for giving hope. if any there is.

I think I've seen your avatar before?

Anyhow what are your WILD attempts usually like? Have you tried other methods?

Are you keeping a dream-journal, or at least taking a minute in the morning to think about your dreams? You can try all the induction techniques you want, but if you're not developing that continuity through dream recall, you won't get far.
If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. With this strength, your own problems will seem less significant and bothersome to you. By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.Dalai Lama

Well. I think I'm going to start all over.

I'll keep a dream journal going for the next 2 months and try Dreamsigns. wish me luck.

Tao's right. Recall should be a first priority if you don't have it yet.

lol. I've been doing this for a year. Believe me when i say i can remember about 2 or 3 dreams a night. Recall isn't a problem. . I am realizing since last night's dreams and the last couple of weeks just offhand, that a lot of my dreams have to do with caves. How can I make a dream sign for this even though I'm never in one to reality check it?
