      WILD Help

I've tried WILD for most of the past 2 weeks trying WILD and i haven't had any success it seems i can get to SP but i always feel the need to swallow and i fight it for a bit but in the end i give in, is there away to stop the swallow reflex? Also what are some good relaxation techniques? Sorry for any typing mistakes or broken language i'm typing this on my ipod, thanks for any replies

Look into the tutorials section and they give you some good relaxation techniques like the "61 point" one. Also i use reverse blinking to relax myself. Type it into the search bar and it should come up. But for the swallowing, just dont focus on it at all. And if you feel the absolute need just do it and dont worry. Try to focus on breathing or something to keep your mind off it

Chewnie is right. I personally find the 61-point relaxation a bit complex, but reverse blinking is always good. You should try it sometime

For the swallowing, don't pay attention to it, nor pay attention to saliva and stuff. Just focus on something else.

Actually, I don't think it's bad to swallow, but I guess I really can't say because I've never gotten numb past my hips. Haha. Anyway, I find that if I take a nap or awake in the middle of the night and then try to WILD swallowing really isn't a problem, because you haven't been swallowing for quite a while. I think it also helps if you take note of the position of your tongue when you wake up because then you can copy the postion when you try to WILD on the onset of sleep instead of after waking up. But yeah, if you focus on something else like those up there said it makes it a little bit easier to do. Ultimately though, it's not extremely important. I don't think. I'm sorry if I'm wrong!
