      Hi!

      Hello everyone!

I'd just like to post a short introduction here:

I'm not exactly new to this forum since I already found this site a couple of years ago after reading a bit about dreams on the net (At the time I was wondering why I didn't have any ). With all the help from this forum I managed to improve my dream recall from nothing to the point where I remembered too much to write it all down. After about a month I had my first Lucid which was one of the most awesome experiences ever. At some point I lost interest/motivation however. Since then I got back to recording dreams only for short periods, always giving up after having had a couple of LDs.

This time I'm determined to keep going until I have LDs on a regular basis, and since becoming active on this forum might help to keep me motivated long enough to reach that goal, here I am.

      This is very true.
You can see how others use the lucid to their advantage and have alot of fun with it.

You're just not remembering your dreams, not not having them. Try laying in bed after you wake up with your eyes closed as if you were going back to sleep, your last dream should come back to you in a minute or two.

I always enjoy reading other peoples dreams when I have time for it. It's given me a ton of ideas and a lot are also very funny to read.

Thankfully I realized that a long time ago already. I've had quite a few occasions where I didn't remember anything when I woke up but still managed to write down several detailed dreams after lying still for a while. I prefer to start writing once I remember just small bit of the last dream however and just let the rest come to me while I write. Otherwise I would fall asleep again for real.
