Just here to say "Hey I'm new." and that I have been watching this place for a while, I just started to TRY and lucid dream for about a month now, it's been a great experience. I hope you guys have great advise at the aid forum as I am about to go there.

Yeah, what's the difference between lucid state and lucid dreams? There's really not a difference and some people here will just call it a lucid dream. Lucid state/moment: A brief period of lucidity where you cannot control everything in your environments. Example: You become lucid and suddenly loose control and wake up. Lucid dream: A brief or long period of lucidity where you can control everything in your surroundings. Example: You become lucid, and can do whatever you please for as long as you can become lucid.

Sorry, Jhony, but you're a bit off there. Lucid state is commonly refered to by the state of knowing you are dreaming. Where as lucid dreams are refered by being in control. In actuality... A lucid dream is just a dream where you know you are dreaming.
