Thread: hello

Hi there,

I'm new. I've enjoyed reading the site and many of the other posts. I have very vivid dreams with good to great recall. I been moderately controlling my dreams for a few years. Recently I have had some great experiences where I managed to settle down after recognizing I was in a dream state and then went on to do what ever I wanted.

My challenge is the rarity of the experience. Its ofter weeks or months between experiences and I feel I have not progressed in quite some time.

Any suggestions out there?

Do you do reality checks? Reality checks are when you test your waking life and dreams to see if they are, well, waking life or dreams.
