      Aghh, i lost the ability to recall X00

      any tips on how to get better reacall fast? if i could do it well before, will it be easier to get it back then at first?

      Wake up slowly and naturally.

      You can take B6 or B12 for a temporary boost.

      Autosuggestion will also help.
